Zippy Feta DIp

Salty feta cheese combines with mayo and lemon juice for a bright and delicious dip for everything, but my favorite is steamed artichoke leaves.

Ingredients
  

  • Juice of 1 lemon about 1 tbsp
  • zest of 1 lemon about 1 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 oz or 1/2 C crumbled feta
  • 1/4 C 2% milk
  • 1/4 C light mayo

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small blender or food processor and process until smooth. About 1 minute. Serve.
