Eastern North Carolina BBQ Sauce

Super tangy and with a subtle smoky heat this BBQ sauce is wonderful on pulled pork sandwiches.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 C white distilled vinegar
  • 1/2 C apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cholula (or your favorite hot sauce)

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into a container with a lid, put the lid on tightly and shake well. Can be stored in the fridge for several weeks.
