Loaded Greek Hummus

This isn't your typical dip. It's fresh, full of flavor and so good for you too. Place this at your next party or get together and watch it disappear.

Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz plain hummus I like Sabra Classic Hummus
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp za'atar optional
  • 2 1/2 C English cucumber small dice
  • 1/2 c quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 C pitted greek olives
  • 1/4 C feta cheese crumbled off a block
  • dill sprigs
  • pita chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • Empty the containers of hummus into a bowl or serving platter. Spread the hummus around the bottom of the serving piece.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the hummus and sprinkle the smoked paprika and za'atar evenly over the top.
  • I like to pile the cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese in a half moon on one side of the platter to create visual interest.
  • Then place small sprigs of dill on the top and serve with warm pita bread or crispy sea salt pita chips.
