Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

This is a great post workout snack or a great fast and easy breakfast to start your morning before work or school.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 of a banana fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 C frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3/4 C unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup with a straw and serve.
