You seriously won’t miss the beef in these delicious turkey burgers. I have made them for friends several times and have gotten a lot of compliments on them, but the best one I get is “this is turkey??”
Often times turkey burgers are too dry and lack a lot of flavor. I combat this by acting as though these are huge meatballs. Seriously you could probably make these meatballs if you rolled them smaller. I’ll get on that.
There is one key to these though, DO NOT GRILL THEM.
Seriously, they will fall apart. Do them on the stove top, I like to use a non-stick pan ( I love Copper Chef pans) or well seasoned cast iron skillet (Here’s my Amazon link to Copper Chef: https://amzn.to/2ruXg26 )
Top them with all your favorite hamburger toppings, put some cheese and guacamole on top, add some bacon, and make sure you have a nice sturdy bun to hold it all together. Throw some classic crinkle cuts on your plate and enjoy something the whole family will love.
