Welcome to The Anchored Kitchens weekly meal plans. Click on a link below to be directed to a beautiful meal plan created by me! An Example Plan is shown below. Each meal plan consists of 6 meals and most meals serve a family of four. When you hit on a meal plan link it redirects you to an image that you can print. You can also hit on each meal in the plan to be directed to the recipe source online. At the end of each meal plan is a link to a printable grocery list. This is a google doc created by me that lists all of the ingredients you will need for that week. It is organized by where the items are located at the grocery store. You can print this list or save it to your phone to take to the store or to use for your online checkout for curbside pick ups and Instacart.

In rare instances, such as basic hamburgers, I don’t have a link-able recipe, since most people enjoy their own way of cooking hamburgers. These types of meals are rare. I enjoy listing recipes that will hopefully become family favorites, and fun new things to try.

Here are some tips; cross off the things that you have already in stock at home. I have listed literally everything you would need to include salt and pepper, you will not always have to buy everything on the list. Look through the recipes before you cook to make sure you are prepared and ready.
